رؤية ومقترح لإنشاء مدينة طبية عالمية في الأردن

المقدمة

مع تزايد التحديات الصحية الناتجة عن التغير المناخي، مثل انتشار الأمراض الوبائية، والجفاف، والتلوث البيئي، وتأثيرها المباشر على صحة الإنسان، تبرز الحاجة إلى مستشفى عالمي متكامل يعالج هذه القضايا بطريقة شاملة. يهدف مشروع "مدينة الحياة الطبية" إلى توفير رعاية صحية متقدمة للأمراض المرتبطة بالتغير المناخي، إلى جانب علاج المرضى من المناطق المنكوبة عالميًا، والفقراء في المملكة، وتقديم خدمات طبية متطورة للمواطنين بأسعار مناسبة.

أولًا: أهداف المشروع

علاج الأمراض المرتبطة بالتغير المناخي، مثل الأمراض التنفسية الناتجة عن التلوث، الأمراض المنقولة عبر المياه، التأثيرات الصحية للجفاف، والأوبئة التي يفاقمها تغير المناخ.

استقبال المرضى من المناطق المنكوبة عالميًا، مع توفير الرعاية اللازمة لهم وضمان عودتهم إلى ديارهم بعد العلاج.

تقديم العلاج المجاني للفقراء في الأردن، إلى جانب خدمات طبية بأسعار مقبولة للمواطنين.

استقطاب أطباء متطوعين عالميين لإجراء عمليات معقدة والمساهمة في الأبحاث الطبية.

إنشاء مركز أبحاث طبي متخصص لدراسة الأمراض المرتبطة بالتغير المناخي، وإيجاد حلول علاجية ووقائية.

توفير علاجات متقدمة لحالات زراعة الأعضاء، والأجهزة الطبية المكلفة.

تعزيز مكانة الأردن كمركز طبي عالمي، تحت الرعاية الملكية الهاشمية الداعية للسلام والصحة العالمية.

ثانيًا: موقع المشروع والبنية التحتية

الموقع: سيتم بناء المستشفى على أرض خزينة الدولة بمساحة كبيرة، بالقرب من مشروع المدينة الجديدة، مما يضمن سهولة الوصول إليه من مختلف أنحاء المملكة والعالم.

التصميم: ستكون المدينة الطبية عبارة عن مجمع متكامل يضم:

مستشفى عالمي مجهز بأحدث الأجهزة والتقنيات الطبية.

عيادات متخصصة تغطي جميع التخصصات، مع التركيز على الأمراض البيئية والمناخية.

مراكز تشخيص متقدمة تشمل الأشعة، التحاليل المخبرية، والتصوير الطبي.

مركز طوارئ وجراحة متطور للحالات الحرجة والمعقدة.

أجنحة إقامة وسكن للأطباء والمتطوعين القادمين من مختلف دول العالم.

مراكز إعادة تأهيل وعلاج طبيعي للمرضى المتضررين من الكوارث المناخية.

سيتم تمويل المشروع (رأسمالي وكلف جارية وتشغيلبة) من خلال صناديق المناخ الدولية والمنظمات الصحية العالمية، مع بناء شراكات عالمية بالمشروع، بالإضافة إلى مساهمات الدول الشقيقة والصديقة، مثل:

صندوق المناخ الأخضر (GCF) وبرامج الأمم المتحدة المختصة بالمناخ والصحة.

المنظمات الإنسانية مثل منظمة الصحة العالمية (WHO) وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP).

الصناديق العربية والدولية الداعمة للمشاريع الطبية والبيئية.

الجامعات ومراكز الأبحاث العالمية المهتمة بتأثير المناخ على الصحة.

تبرعات رجال الأعمال والجمعيات الخيرية الداعمة للرعاية الصحية والبيئية.

رابعًا: الكوادر الطبية والموارد البشرية

With the increasing health challenges caused by climate change—including the spread of epidemics, drought, environmental pollution, and their direct impact on human health—there is a growing need for an integrated global hospital that addresses these issues comprehensively. The "Climate Medical City of Life" project aims to provide advanced healthcare for diseases linked to climate change, while also treating patients from disaster-stricken regions worldwide, supporting impoverished individuals in Jordan, and offering state-of-the-art medical services to citizens at affordable costs.
