Pantheon Development, a subsidiary of Pantheon Group, and an emerging brand

announced the completion of the structural work of their upcoming project,
Pantheon Elysee, in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), which has been completed
ahead of the scheduled date.
Kalpesh Kinariwala, Founder and Chairman of Pantheon Group said, "It has been
an exciting journey to have witnessed the steady progress on the construction of
this project, and we cannot wait until it goes on floors later this year. With the
structural and mobilization work now complete, all work concerning the
mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) stands at 40% completion. Pantheon
Elysee, a $49 million project in the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), will be the second
affordable luxury development by the Pantheon Development and will consist of
268 residential units and retail outlets expected to be delivered by the end of next
year.”
